With Sincere Appreciation . . .

To all who supported me quitting my job to go with God on this 11 month journey,

and to those who reminded me that the rest of my life lay before me.

To all who commented on my blogs, facebooked and emailed an encouraging word or two.

It was those things, along with God’s grace, that saw me through.

To those who were faithful to pray for me and ask for my protection,

and who partnered with me in asking the Lord for direction.

To those who prayed for me while I had malaria,

and for my mom while she was hourly emailing about my condition in borderline hysteria. 

To all who financially partnered with me to see me to the end of my race,

 and  to those I could never forget who remained anonymous.

To all those who gave on my behalf and didn’t know me,

just because of a simple blog and picture you entrusted your money to me.

How can a “thank you” blog suffice, I do not know.

But please know my heart, that I will never let your kindness go.

I hold onto the love, support, and generosity I have been shown,

though it was undeserved but surely known.

And so I invite you to come along with me on this journey called life,

one where there will be pain, suffering and strife.

But there will also be joy, love and gentleness,

patience, and kindness, like which you have shown.

And all these fruits of the spirit I also want to own.

So come with me on my next adventure, 

it will prepare me for a life of surrender.

It is called the G 42 Leadership Academy.

It will begin in early January.

Off to Mijas, Spain I go, to mold my God – given dreams and passions.

My prayer is that I will become a woman of action!

So God, here I am, all of me.

Take me, mold me, and may to you be the glory.
