What do I expect from the world race, you ask? Well there are many things I want to see and do but let me tell you about what burns in my soul more than anything.

I only found out about the WR in February, before then I had never heard of the WR and knew nothing about it but the moment I was exposed to WR my life was changed. I have heard through Christian television, churches and from people I’ve met how they want to go to Israel and the want to walk in the footsteps of Jesus, sounds’ pretty cool right? Well honestly I’ve never felt called to go to Israel, I’d love to go there I’d love to go to every country in the world but it’s not a priority to me personally. Well, when I learned of the WR and read/watched blogs of current racers the WR became my priority. Why? Because the world race like no other missions program I’ve been on or a part of. I will literally be walking in the footsteps of Jesus. How is that? Jesus replied, “Foxes have dens and birds have nests, but the Son of Man has no place to lay his head.” Luke9:58 As a world racer we will “have no place to lay our heads.” We will go to those that accept us and the gospel we carry. I’m sure many will reject us and want nothing to do with us while others are hurting and desperate for some sort of hope. On the world Race we will do the works of Christ and greater things. Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father. John14:12 These are some of the things I except from the world race and why I’m so passionate to go.
