Our time in Ratchaburi is quickly coming to a close. I have
really enjoyed Thailand, especially the people, and there are many things that
I will miss… which I think will be a blog in itself, so I’m not really going to
go there yet, but I just wanted to post an update of what will be happening in
the next couple of days.

Wednesday, October 3rd:
In the morning we will go to the floating market about 45 minutes away. Gary
wants to leave really early, so we’ll be on our way by 6:30am. Sheesh Gary! Whenever we get back we’ll have
free time for blogging/napping/planning stuff, etc. Then at 4pm we will head on over to the hospital where we have
been holding an English seminar the last two days for the nurses. It has been
really fun and enjoyable to work with these nurses. They are spunky, and keep
us laughing. So we’ll be at the hospital till 6:30pm,
after which, we are going to dinner and karaoke with some of the nurses that
invited us out. We’re pretty excited!

Thursday, October 4th:
In the morning we will take care of some things we’ve been needing to do
ministry-wise. Then at noon we will
all hop into the car and drive to Kanchaburi (no idea how to spell that) to
visit Team Less. We are going to have a goat bbq and see some cool waterfalls I
think. We’re going to spend the night there as well, so make room in your
sleeping bag Colleen! J

Friday, October 5th:
We’ll spend a little time in Kanchaburi in the morning and then drive back midday to Ratchaburi. Not sure what we will be
doing in the evening.

Saturday, October 6th:
No idea! I’ll let you know…

Sunday, October 7th:
Our team will be driving back to Bangkok,
hopefully early in the morning so that we will have the day to relax and enjoy
the city.

Monday, October 8th:
Free day in Bangkok. Hopefully this
means I’ll be spending some time with people from other teams and
relaxing/enjoying some cool things around town. American food? I sure hope so!

Wednesday, October 10th:
Debrief at the Bangkok YWAM base. Not exactly sure how this looks yet, but
we’ll be spending a lot of team time and discussing the past three weeks
together.

Thursday, October 11th:
Cambodia here
we come!
