My name is Chloe Zhanee Young. And I am a Christian!
I was raised Christian by my two wonderfully loving and good parents, with my totally awesome big brother. But it’s not enough to be ‘raised Christian’. I CHOOSE Christian. I personally made the decision to give my heart to Christ when I was a young teen. At the time, I knew it was what I truly wanted, but I had NO IDEA what it would ultimately lead to! I have been blessed with peace, joy healing, and love beyond comprehension. I have seen and received miracles. I have felt in my heart such wonder-filled, joyful, love that no man could possibly mistake for anything other than the Holy Spirit of God Himself.
Yes. I choose Christian; I choose Jesus Christ as my Lord and Master. It’s an indescribably wonderful liberation!
As a human, prone to ‘missing the mark’, I admit that I don’t always follow that soft voice that guides me. But right now He is leading me into wonders that only He could prepare me for. He has prepared me with dreams of travel, a passion for foreign cultures and languages, and a breathtaking, nearly overwhelming, love for His creation.
When I first encountered World Race and learned that there is a mission trip that means serving Him in 11 DIFFERENT COUNTRIES over a span of 11 WHOLE MONTHS, I thought I was gona hyperventilate with excitement! haha! He has prepared me, He has drawn me, and He will send me.
