While we were in South Africa, my team was doing Unsung Heroes and meeting with some incredible contacts throughout the country. You can read blogs here about our experiences!
In Swazi, we did womanistry/feministry month, which isn’t much different from being on an all-girl team all year. Sixteen of us fierce females lived in a tiny little house together and we worked with AIM Swazi in the office and at care points throughout Manzini.
