The beauty of this time before you go to your first country is so glorious.
You get to spend some extremely sweet time with your team, squad,
other squads, and people that work for AIM that just want to pour love into you.
Launch is basically a chilled out version of training camp.
You get to worship and love on everyone without the stress
of your tent being outside during a torrential downpour.
Its good stuff.
Your emotions become real.
This thing you have been preparing for is right in front of you.
Its freaking scary.
This month in the DR (Dominican Republic), this is what our ministry will look like.
so far at least, things change quickly here in the world race.
My team will be in the Haitian border.
We are in the Dominican, but basically right next door to Haiti.
We aren't really in a town, so I'm not sure what the whole situation will look like.
our ministry is described this way;
relationships/ hardcore
ummmm yup
Ok Jesus.
None of us really know what that means, but I'm pretty sure we will find out pretty quickly.
This is it, people.
At 3am I will be joining half of my squad on a flight to Miami, then off to the Dominican
with a bus ride after that.
I don't really know what else to say other than
Jesus has this.
like, He's so in control it's ridiculous.
all of these squads here are so blessed and I'm so glad we are all together.
We are all choosing the weirdest life, but we are all super pumped about it.
Thank you, for getting me to this point.
Daddy, I love you, please trust Jesus in this.
Mom, love you.
Brianna, be the nicest girl in 4th grade, even in your school. I love you so much.
Austin, I'm proud of you, this year is going to be so fun for you.
Lauren, I MISSSSSSS YOU and this year is going to be hard without you, but I'm excited.
Emily, keep pressing in, he's bringing you so much closer.
Everyone else, I love you.
i know we throw that word around but I do love all of you.
Let this race being.
