Holidays are different on the race then what I am used to at home so I thought I would share what our Christmas was like.
On December 25th we woke up in China while it was still Christmas Eve in the states. We have been staying in a hotel rooms this month, the girls in one the guys in the other. Us girls went into the guys room to open our secret Santa presents at around 8:30am. I got some chocolate- yumm!
After opening presents we packed up and walked to the bus station. We took about a three hour bus ride into a bigger city to be with people on our squad and get ready for our train ride to Beijing the next day. Around three we went to dinner with five other Isquad teams. After dinner we walked around the mall and found Santa, we call him Asian Santa. Here are some pics of the day.
