Our month in Malaysia is coming to a close. It has been a labor intensive month (chipping paint, sanding, moving stuff, etc.), but it has also been a great month of prayer & worship. We had an amazing 30 hours of prayer and worship leading up to Easter. Also, we have formed many relationships outside of our ministry and have witnessed in that way. It has been great getting to know my new teammates and also working alongside another great team.
(On the street of Penang. Alison is obviously insecure about her height)
(Beautiful sunset from our rooftop)
(Rachel obviously doesn’t trust me fully quite yet)
(Don’t mess with me)
(Breakfast at our Indian food restaurant Kapitan’s, so good)
(Monkey Beach. Pics don’t do it justice)
(Rachel thinks I’m funny and Mark is just embarrassed of me)
(The tenacious trio)
(Takeoff looks good, the landing was a little rough though)
(I helped teach some Chinese students English and about Jesus at a “little” (major understatement) school called ‘Door of Hope’)
(Havin some fun w/ the kiddos)
(Easter service! This church had a set of dancers/flag wavers/tambourine players. Too bad the sermon was on ‘church government.’ Everyone’s fav. Easter topic haha)
(Hey ladies)
(Bathroom security/janitorial staff. Good thing I’m licensed)
(To my friends:  I’m higher than I look
To my family:  I’m not as high as I look)
(Canopy walk through the jungle. Pretty sweet)
(A lot of legit prayer & praise went down here, including 30 hours of prayer & worship, friday night burn (10 p.m.-1 a.m., tuesday morning base worship, and two hours of justice prayer every monday. I am constantly getting schooled in the power of prayer)
(Worship on the roof. Thanks to Al & Steve)
(Chipping paint. It’s what we do/did all month)
(Rach w/ Lina. Our prostitute friend 🙂
(Monkeys, such lovable little critters. No, I think not! Look at that sinister face. He’s looking for blood, or perhaps just a tasty treat)
(Oftentimes, what I feel like God is doing to my heart. I hate it, but I love it)
Please be praying for our ministry in India. We will be stationed in Chennai, India. Everything about India indicates that it will be an extremely trying month for me and my team (May is the hottest month of the year in an already scorching nation). However, God has burdened my heart for this nation and I am ecstatic about serving our Lord amongst these people. We will be working at a healing center, so pray that God’s healing power will be at work for others (and myself) to see, as well as for these people to hear the Good News, which many have no conception of who Jesus Christ is. We also will be doing a lot of praying, including some 4-6 a.m. sessions

Prayer points:
-Supernatural safety, health, and strength
-Boldly and clearly proclaim the Gospel
-Miracles through our healing
-For me to continue to press into the Spirit

Please be praying as strong as ever for me this month! Thank you & God bless you all!
