After a year and a half of talking about the World Race, it is finally here! Today our squad all met up in DC for two more days of training. We leave Friday at 6 am for Honduras. In Honduras, our whole squad will be together minister at Zion's Gate Ministry near Tegucigalpa I believe. There will be many various ministry opportunities.

The next two days we will have multiple session and team debriefs. Tongiht we spoke on the five things we need: a willingness to grow and change, the presence of God, a positive attitude, a healthy community and limited emotional baggage. The next few days will be full of additional information and teaching to better prepare us for ministy this coming year!

I mentioned team debriefs. Tonight we met together with our team. And today we got two new teammates. I am so glad, they are awesome, Chelsea and Emma! Tonight we all met and went over team norms speaking on Kingdom building, communication, the importance of rest/sabbath, praying together and leadership. I cannot wait to see how the Lord will minister to us, through us to others and to each other to see His Kingdom come more fully here on the earth this year!

An update on finances! I reached 13,000 today which means I am 2,500 away from being fully funded! Thank you everyone who has supported me and who continues. I love how God has brought support and trust Him to continue.

I cannot believe this moment is finally here and I am so grateful for the prayers, support and hope I have received from loved ones. I do ask for your continued prayers!
-Prayers to claim truth in freedom, boldness and ability in the Lord.
-Prayers for the people we will be minister to, for their hearts to be soften to the Lord and for us to be aware of the power of bringing the Spirit of God to a beautiful people.
-Prayers for family who may be struggling watching me leave and for myself to not be “homesick”.
-Prayers for funds to be completed!
