India is long over and we moved into the new. Not only a new
country but also a new team. At the end of our month in India our squad went
through team changes. So I am blessed to be on an all girls team with some
amazing and strong women of God. I am no longer a team leader but have a new
amazing team leader, Ashley Bronkema. Also on my new team are Michelle Cook,
Jennilee Baird, and Cassie Flett.
After a long week of debrief we headed to Nepal. We had a
total of a 36 hour travel day from flights to buses. When we finally reached
our ministry we were greeted with so much love and hospitality. In Nepal guests
are seen as gods so the people treat you with so much respect and hospitality.
Within the month we ministered to the local farming
community, went to different outreach churches, taught English at the school,
and taught all the kids the Chicken Dance.
We were so blessed to be around amazing, faithful, and
joyful people. People that just wanted to live life with us and know more about
who we were.
We had such a great time in Nepal and I will never forget
the experience I had here.
