On the World Race they tend to switch things up a bit randomly. I believe it's part of getting used to being flexible and having no expectations.
This being said, when we were placed on a team at the beginning of the race …..this team was subject to change. New squad leaders have to be raised up to relieve the ones we came with, therefore new team leaders need to be raised up as well.
My squad leader asked me to be a team leader about 1-2 weeks ago. This came as a shock, I felt un-equipped, and unprepared. However, I prayed about it and God said yes. This is an opportunity He has given me to step into all He has for me. So now I'm a new leader 🙂
