Welcome to my World Race Blog!
I can’t believe that in just three short weeks I went from being a compulsive World Race blog lurker to actually having one of my own!
I’m hoping that you will join me on this incredible journey with The World Race, January 2011 Squad. I will be traveling to 11 countries in 11 months with people that I can’t wait to meet. We’ll be going to India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Nepal, Australia, South Africa, Swaziland, Mozambique, Ireland, Romania, and Ukraine.
A few key points about me:
- I love the Lord oodles and oodles
- I’m kind of sarcastic (ok a lot sarcastic)
- I love to read
- I enjoy quiet time alone
- I love spreadsheets
- I’m kind of shy and introverted
- I crave order, I don’t like chaos
- I can’t understand why anyone would purposely want to go camping (yes I see the irony)
- I can go into Target with the intentions of buying toothpaste and walk out with $80 worth of merchandise in my bags
- I spend 87% of my life untangling my iPod headphones
- I am beyond blessed in the friend department (man, I’m gonna miss you all so much)
- Is anxious to see how much this adventure is going to change me
