2 days. In 2 days I fly to Georgia for Training Camp. That’s crazy, y’all.

In the midst of being a full-time student and working, preparing for Training Camp has been far from the first thing on my mind. It’s been a lot to balance, but I’ve honestly enjoyed staying so busy these last few months.

So on Thursday I fly to Atlanta with my 70L backpack and all the contents I need to rough it for 10 days in the mountains of Georgia. SO EXCITING! I’ll get to meet all of our squad mates that I’ll be traveling and doing life with for the next year, receive training on tons of different stuff, dig deep into God’s Word, get deeper with God, worship, and everything else I’ll find out when I get there.

This crazy adventure is getting more real every day and every day I’m getting more and more excited to see how God is going to break me and mold me into who He wants me to be.

A note on fundraising: Thank you SO much to everyone who has supported me so far through prayer or monetarily. I currently have $5,572 in my account!! By December 18, I need to have a total of $10,000 in my account to be able to launch with my squad in January. I ask that you prayerfully consider partnering with me in this journey.

*ALSO* There’s a fun little button right on the left hand side of this blog that says ‘Subscribe’! If you subscribe to my blog, you get a notification every time I post a new blog and this way you’ll be able to stay up-to-date with my journey during the months before I leave and while I am on the mission field.
