Well, $3,323 short, to be exact. The deadline for $5,000 in my account is Thursday, November 12th. As in the day after Veterans Day. As in the day after tomorrow.
I guess this momentary sense of panic is what crunch time feels like, until I remind myself that God is control of my finances and everything else regarding this trip. This is the time where faith has to take over. This is where I have to stand back and watch God provide. This isn’t the time or the place where I can sit here and act like my weak, puny efforts are going to cut the mustard. I can’t make the amount of money in my support account grow through the power of my will, and tonight, I’m not willing to pretend, either.
So tonight, instead of heading off to bed so I can “get a good night’s sleep” for work in the morning at my normal hour, I’m going to stay up. And I’m going to be praying. And praising. And praying. Because I know my God can do big things, and this $3,323 that seems like so much to me is nothing to Him.
If you can give, just click on the “Support Me” link on the left side of your screen. It won’t take more than a couple of minutes. If not, join me in praying this money in.

Love you all, and thanks so much for all the support you’ve already given me (in prayer, in financial giving, in words of encouragement, etc). It won’t go to waste… that much I promise.
