In order to raise money for my leg of The World Race, I have partnered with Threads of Hope to sell these bracelets. They are handmade by men, women and children living in the Philippines to establish home enterprises that will generate a life-sustaining income for their families.
The money generated through the suggested donation of $2 a bracelet will be divided evenly and half will help fund my trip and the other half will be sent back to the Philippines in order to meet the physical, educational and spiritual needs of the families who made the bracelets.
I will be selling the bracelets in person, if you cross my path, but have also set up a specific designation on my PayPal account for the bracelets. To place an order through Paypal, click here and please include how many bracelets you would like along with the colors you desire within the bracelets. (I literally have thousands, so if you don't have a color preference I will just send however many you want that are picked at random!) Please also include your address if you want them shipped to you and an additional $.50 to cover the cost of shipping them in a standard envelope.
