I came home from Training Camp to a messy room, just how I left it and just how it always has been. I immediately wanted to start cleaning but I was so exhausted so I waited.

After I rested and relaxed a bit I started to clean my room. I do my stinky laundry from camp and I grab a garbage bag and head up to my room.

I sat on my bed for a while just looking at the mess thinking how I let it get so bad and not even knowing where to start.

I decided to start with the trash that I let overflow and I emptied out the trashcan and picked up all the garbage on the floor around the trashcan

After that, I started by separating the rest of my clothes by clean and dirty. Then I straighten up my closet and shoes.

Finally, once everything was picked up I started organizing.

Throughout this whole cleaning process I kept getting distracted but I never gave up it took some time but my room is clean and I have to work at it too keep it that way, it won’t be easy but It will be worth it.

This is what training camp did to my heart.

Cleaned out the old destructive habits and focused on restoring my foundation.
