Hello again! In case you haven’t noticed, I have been doing a lot more posting to the blog recently! This is because I’m in full fundraising mode as my first deadline is quickly approaching, and also because I’m getting more and more excited about The World Race with every passing day! Earlier this week, I did some number crunching in regards to my fundraising goal, and for once in my life ‘doing the math’ led to some pretty exciting conclusions that I’d like to share with everyone who’s partnering with me as I embark on this adventure. For the most part, I’ll let the numbers speak for themselves and I hope that you will all be as encouraged by this as I am!
Total Need: $16,254 by March 2015
First Fundraising Deadline: $3,500 by June 28, 2014

Okay, now for the exciting and encouraging part….
11 months, 11 countries, and 1 BIG God
133 friends & family members x $11 monthly donation for 11 months (starting May 2014 to have all money submitted by my final deadline of March 2015) = FULLY FUNDED!
141 views to my last blog x $25 donation for each view = FIRST DEADLINE MET!
1,462 Facebook friends x $11 donation ($1 per country) = FULLY FUNDED!
106 Instagram followers x $30 donation (a small price to pay for the awesome pictures I’ll be posting from around the world, don’t you think!?!) = FIRST DEADLINE MET!
106 Instagram followers x $30 donation by them & 4 of their friends = just $93 away from being FULLY FUNDED!
640 friends & family members x $25 one-time donation = FULLY FUNDED!
Didn’t I tell you that would be encouraging? When I first looked at that giant 5-digit figure that is my total financial need for The World Race, I was honestly terrified. However, I have learned time and time again (and yet still insist on learning the hard way every.single.time.) that the Lord invites me to give my huge, scary challenges to Him so that He can show me how
my fears becomes molehills in comparison to the unshakeable mountain of His love for me.
With all of this in mind, I humbly ask that you would consider making a financial donation toward my World Race trip and, in doing so, partnering with me as I go (Matthew 28:19) and spread the love of God in practical ways across the world. Thank you for your support of me and my dream to go on The World Race, but more importantly your support of the Lord’s work all over the globe.
