Today is my Daddy’s 50th birthday. It is incredibly difficult to be away from him on this special day. My dad has been the world to me and has been my biggest supporter on this journey. While it’s tough to miss family events I’ve learned that it is important for me to follow God in the path he has for my life. When I lose my world I gain His. I’d much rather have God’s world and His kingdom right here on earth. Thank you Lord for giving my dad 50 years.
