As I stated in my last blog I am not fully funded yet, so I wanted a creative way to involve everyone back home in my trip and at the same time raise money 🙂
My lovely Indiana sister Miss Scherbie shared with me a lovely and creative way she accomplished both.
So now I bring to you “Buy A Day”
Starting on August 1st I have 114 days left on the race. So I want to involve you guys more by asking you to “Buy A Day” and the day you buy I will send you pictures and a letter telling you about what happened on that day!
How It works:
Every day from August first is another dollar. So August 1st is $1, August 31st is $31, September 1st is $32 and so on.
I am supposed to be home by THANKSGIVING! So the last day to buy is November 22nd for $114.
I have these pictures of the calendars that I will update when a day is bought, so for now they are all open!
So I am inviting you to choose a day, donate the corresponding amount, and I will write you when that day comes!
You can choose a day based on birthdays, anniversaries, or even by the amount you want to donate! If you want more than one day and can only donate $20 you can pick a day worth $15 and $5!
I know I am personally really excited to share with you what God will teach me, what we will do and how the day you bought goes!!
