I’m Casey and I am thrilled to be able to apart of The World Race Fusion.
I have recently been through some life changes and was feeling a little lost as far as where my future was going. While listening to a missionary who visited our church, I began feeling a strong pull to do missions work. I was raised in the church, and am so thankful for the opportunities I was given to know the Lord. I began thinking about the amount of people who have never heard of God and his love. After all it is that exact love and grace that has been helping me through my life changes. I absolutely love people and it saddens me to think that so many are hurting, broken and lost and that they do not know the one person that can make them whole. I feel this world really needs his love and compassion that I am eager to share. I also hope to grow in my own personal relationship with God through this trip in ways I couldn’t even imagine.
A little bit more about me:
- I am 26 years old
- I’ve worked the same 2 jobs for a few years now, and I love what I do.
- I come from a pretty great family, we’re all very close.
- I love God
- I love learning
- I love traveling
- I love the ocean and everything in it, especially Jellyfish
- I love asking questions, even at the wrong times like during a movie 🙂
- I love people
- I love learning fom people, about their culture or just how their day went
- I especially enjoy working on my personal relationship with the Lord as well as helping others to know him also.
