Well, this is the sixth month of the race and the third month that a substantial part of our ministry has been teaching English. So, I never knew that I could actually teach English, but as I attempt to do this in all of the foreign countries I am learning that God can teach through me. This month we are working with teenagers and university aged young people… So, as most of you all know, I am right at home teaching this age group.
I am teaching three different classes each day. One is with some very advanced students. It is a Bible study class. We are basically reading chapters in English and we are teaching the words that are hard to pronounce or that they do not know the definitions of. The other two classes are classes for less advanced students. We are blessed to have very detailed teaching materal. So we just have to follow the lesson plans. We try our best to come up with games that will make learning fun for them.
The students are all very eager to learn and it has been such a blessing so far this month to teach them. We have already in such a short time grown to love them all so much. Please keep us in your prayers as we share the love of Christ with these youth through teaching them English.
