I just want to share a quick PRAISE REPORT.
I held a church lunch to raise funds for the trip. I served shoyu chicken, rice, salad, brownies and lemonade. I had a wonderful group of helpers, making and donating food, giving time to serve and clean up. I’m told that most of our fundraiser lunches make $400 to $500. I made about $1800. People gave so generously!!
I also presented to the church that I’m looking for 50 people to give $20 a month for 10 months. The response was great!! About 10 people committed to $20 a month, one to $40 a month and one to $100.
I also added at least 15 people to my prayer partners.
