I was so blessed to spend the first 4 months of the race doing life with these lovely ladies. It’s hard to believe it was only half a year ago that we sat in a circle at training camp wondering if this could really be our team. It seemed too good to be true. These 5 women have inspired, encouraged and loved me in a way I’ve never experienced before. Each one of them is a beautiful reflection of God’s love and I know in my heart we will be life long friends. We’ve cried together, we’ve fought with each other and for each other, but most of all we’ve laughed. So here’s a little tribute to a team that was beautiful, strong and, well….Peculiar. 🙂
