Before I get into the specifics of what partnership means, I want you to be aware of some life changes that are happening right now that have an impact on my relationship-building here on the coast. Partnership to me is a commitment on both parts. My goal is to have a team of stateside/worldwide partners who are committed to pray or give as needed. In return, I have a responsibility to my partners. I need to show them what their time in prayer and finances is truly influencing. I cannot do this without them, and they deserve to see the results of their investment.
My goal is to collect the contact information of my prayer team and long-term partners and send them additional updates. My blog is here for everyone to read, but I intend to have a personal connection with those who are investing so much in this mission and in me. Though they are not physically going with me on this venture, they are sending me. These people will get hand-written stories on post cards randomly throughout the year and personal emails. I really want to have God ordained relationships with the people who are sending me.
With that said, please prayerfully consider what it means to partner with me in this. And with joy and thanksgiving, I will begin building a beautiful team of supporters in these next few months.
