It’s gotten physical! I have fought and fought and fought the plans that my Heavenly Father has for me!!! I have tried to argue, I have tried to scream and protest; much like a three year old protesting time-out. Yet, I am still down to the final countdown, my protesting didn’t work and I stare launch right in the face. On Saturday I will fly out to Georgia and say goodbye to the comfort of my home for the next nine months! Am I terrified? HECK YES. But finally I am EXCITED beyond belief! I love my team and I am falling in love with my creator all over again… Sometimes I catch myself even smiling about the life’s we will come into contact with… I have finally found the joy that comes along with this process and with this race.
My bags aren’t quite packed yet and my goodbyes aren’t done. My room is still a disaster and I still owe so many thank you’s to y’all!! I am thankful for every single person Christ has put in to my life. I am seriously blessed beyond belief!! AHHHH I cannot wait to share this adventure with you and to be vulnerable in every single thing that happens!
No longer will I be fist fighting with God but rather running in to the warmth of His arms where I will find rest for the next nine months and beyond in to the unknown story Christ has for my life! I pray you find His arms and let them hold you tightly!!
