Well, this is one of the required sections where I am supposed to share a little about who I am and what makes me tick. After much debate, I decided to go the cliche route and just post some random blurbs about things I like. Ready?

Hobbies: I love to be active! Yoga, pilates, endurance weight lifting, running, hiking, you name it and I'll try it. Also in love with baking/cooking, decorating cupcakes, and crafting. Dancing is my favorite past time and passion–but I figure you can really just dance anywhere. So I do.

Books: Captivating (SERIOUSLY, every woman needs to read this!! So much truth and beauty in this book), Forgotten God, The Shack, Redeeming Love.

College: UW-Madison – graduated from School of Nursing

Siblings: I have one amazing older brother who is currently living in Portland, OR. He is graduating from Chiropractic school this December! So proud of him 🙂

Random facts: I have a titanium screw in my elbow (you can ask about this story), I love dogs, I used to listen to Screamo music and you could always find me in the center of a mosh pit. I have this thing where I smell every food or drink before I eat it. I am moderately to inappropriately scared of underwater creatures and sharks. I'm a huge foodie and love trying out new restaurants!

      This is a little introduction to who I am, what I like, and where my passions lie. You will get to know me on more of an intimate level through this journey in the next year and the stories I will be sharing/blogs I will be posting. I am just a girl who is in love with Jesus and the blessings He has given me. I am goofy, compassionate, and always looking to make a new friend or try something new.
