This past week I had the amazing opportunity of being a part of a conference led by some-one I greatly respect.
It was an incredible time of hearing from the Lord in really awesome ways. Everyone I encountered was encouraging and welcoming. It was so neat to be able to worship and pray with genuine Christians earnestly seeking to know God more.
There were so many amazing things that God did for me during this conference that it would take all day for me to write them on here! I feel that God used this conference to prepare me for the work that I am going to be doing on the mission field.
During this next year I know that we will be encountering the spiritual realm in a very real way. We will be unable to ignore the fact that spiritual warfare exists. I think so easily I can go through my daily life here in America and forget that a battle is raging around us constantly. For some reason in the past when I’ve left the comforts of my home and gone out on the mission field I experience God working in unmistakeable ways.
As September comes closer my prayer is simply “Lord, prepare me in every way so I can serve you fully this next year”
I am just very grateful that I had the opportunity to learn from Terry Wardle and experience the Lord in new ways this past week. I am certain that God used it to prepare me for what is to come. I cannot wait to see what else He continues to show/teach me as I continue seeking Him….
