I was born in Atlanta and I’m 23 years old. I’ve been on mission trips to China, India, Mexico, and Guatemala. When I went to Guatemala for the first time in 2011, I realized that God was calling me to something bigger than myself. I almost went on a trip through AIM a couple years ago but didn’t because I wasn’t finished with school and my parents really wanted me to finish. So I stayed home and since then its been a difficult journey.
Early this year I was thinking about going to Guatemala for a 3rd time with my church. Once I started to think about that, I began thinking about the World Race again. Was I doing what God wanted me to do or what others wanted me to do? Was I pressing into the fear others were putting in my head or listening to what God was asking of me? I almost wondered if it was too late. If I had waited too long to pursue what I felt to be God’s plan for me. Even if you take a couple of detours or break down on the side of the road, its never too late.
So here I am. Going all in.
I am SO excited about this route because I absolutely love the Latin culture! I love the language, the people, the food, the dancing, and the music! My heart was captured when I went to Guatemala for the first time in 2011. I’ve been to Guatemala 3 times and I am excited to be going again but this time for a month! Cannot wait to visit the other 10 countries as well. I truly have a passion for helping others and I sincerely believe this is Gods call on my life!

- I have played soccer since I was 5. Currently playing on outdoor and indoor co-ed leagues.
- I love working out and eating clean
- I don’t speak spanish fluently but I’ll be working on that before I leave
- I am a sucker for Disney movies
- Love to salsa dance!
