You know I really thought I was going to not like moving at Christmas; I am liking it. Why you ask ? Can you say re-gift ? I keep looking at things thinking well it is just gonna sit in storage for at least 5 months maybe so and so would like it. I love to give and I love even more the day I became not attached to stuff.
I remember one time moving when I was younger and I had a 27ft truck full of stuff; most of which went into storage. One day after about a year and a half I finally went to the storage, signed a waiver, and told them to donate it all (I did not even go look at it). Funny, I don’t miss any of it nor could I tell you more than two things that were in a $100 a month unit.
I spent years having junk everywhere at storage, at my moms, and in my car and I have to say it was awful you feel so scattered.
When I moved here a little less than two years ago everything fit into my Saturn and that was a great feeling.
Less is really more !
