Hi!

I am a 5’2 (and 1/4) 19 year-old girl from outside Cincinnati, Ohio with zero idea what life has in store for her but has been promised it’s going to be crazy. I found out about the World Race by googling overseas missions and hearing about it through an acquaintance.

I love kids and have a passion for teaching others new things. I play soccer, bowl, and I love love love music. I think soft drinks are gross, people make fun of me for listening to classical music in my car sometimes, I’m obsessed with Chinese food, I read to escape reality, my family is Italian (if you couldn’t tell by the last name), and when it starts raining I run outside barefoot and get soaked just because.

But most importantly, I love Jesus and only want to be a tool in the body of Christ that will go beyond the church walls and reach the corners of the earth with his light and overwhelming love. I grew up in the church and “gave my heart to God” when I was six, but I really gave my life to God when I was 17.

My family is composed of two very different parents and three beautiful daughters. I am a perfect mix of my parents both in appearance and disposition. I am left-brained and logical because of my father, but have a deep-rooted love of art and music and literature because of my mother. We have been far from perfect and we haven’t always gotten along, but we’ve always fought for each other and that’s what matters.

My prayer is that the Race molds me into the woman of God that I long to be. I want to start my adult life as someone who is educated on the problems in our world and has a personal attachment to them. There is a continual “yes” in my spirit because Jesus said “yes” to hanging on a cross for me. I am a slave for Him so it is no longer I who lives, but Him who was resurrected in me.
