I grew up in little town in California called Tehachapi, Yep I dare you
to pronounce it. I loved growing up in a small town where everyone knows
everyone and where there is only one stop light in the entire town.
Lots of good hometown fun enjoying the mountains and the fresh air. I
moved to beautiful San Diego for college. Then I returned home
due to the loss of my brother, that is where God began a journey with
me full of pain, but I still had the assurance of God’s hand in my life.
I moved back to San Diego to finish my teaching credential. After that I
began working in children’s ministry at a dynamic church in San Diego. I have always dreamed of a mission trip like
this and I desire to learn Christ’s humility in serving and loving
others through the adventures ahead.
