- I grew up in the south suburbs of Chicago, IL
- I have a healthy addiction to running
- I have my Masters Degree in School Social Work and received it from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2011
- I have a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and received it from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign in 2009
- I have been a tomboy from an early age; my Mom can still remember the day I threw a Barbie on the ground and said "I'm done with this!"
- I was a 3 sport athlete in high school: Cross Country, Basketball, and Softball
- I was a member of the Illinois Fastpitch Women's Club Softball
- I love the rain, and love to run in it!
- I am an Evans Scholar
- I have lived in Chicago for the past 3 years
- I am the oldest of 5 children(Tyler, Jordan, Heidi, and Anna are my siblings)
- I am an adrenaline junkie(roller coasters, skydiving, rafting, hiking, jumping off waterfalls, you name it!!)
- I'm can be a huge bookworm
- I'm a huge Gleek!
- I love to travel!!!!!! I've been to the following countries so far: Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Costa Rica, and Thailand. Many more to come 🙂
