I know that I have only been gone for 10 days but probably a months worth of events have already occurred.  God is working and moving in this place and in me for sure.
Sunday we were able to go to church in a tribe about an hour away from where we were staying.  The whole service was powerful and moving.  Church was followed by a lunch prepared for us by the local body.  It was an incredibly humbling experience when I was informed that slaughtered the fattest calf for us.  I was blown away, by their genuine hospitality and service towards us.  I’m excited that next week we will take off in that direction to do ministry in one of the surrounding villages near the church for the remainder of our time in Mexico.

Okay so I have a REALLY cool story for you now!!  After church we had the afternoon to go and see quite possibly one of the most beautiful waterfalls my eyes have laid eyes on.  It was not the tallest nor the biggest, but this creation was made for beauty and fun!  There was an amazing spot for jumping and allot of the team enjoyed doing so. As for me, while I was on my way to the rocks to jump, there was a crossing point that where the currents met and made it difficult to get across.  They said to stand tall and keep my footing and I would be fine.  Well I began to loose my foothold and all of the sudden I found my self scrapping for rocks to grab.  When the rocks were no longer and option I reached out my hand and grabbed for Eric. Chad stood in front not knowing what he could do as he had already passed that point.  For a moment I thought we were going to get a grip and stand up and make it. The moment flashed quicker than I could comprehend and I the next thing I knew, Eric and I hugged and down the 10ft. fall we went.  We scrapped along the rocks and the a it ended with our knees smashing into the rocks and the fierce water pushing us down.  It was a struggle to find the top of the water with all the pressure from the top but when I came up there was a large rock in front of me I was able to get on.  As soon as I turned around Eric popped up and was on his way to the rock as well.  We made it out with no real seriou
s injuries but some major bumps and bruises.
By the end of the night, my knee was hurting me so bad and I was unable to move it.  The swelling and the pain were increasing by the hour.  The next day when I was still unable to bend my knee or put any weight on it my team gathered around me in prayer.  In faith we cried out to the Lord that he would heal me.  At first there was nothing and Andrew insisted that the Lord would heal it so we kept praying.  By the time we finished praying, I was walking normal and had almost full range! Praise God for his healing touch, not to mention keeping Eric and I safe during the fall!
Another miracle from God happened the next day as well.  I would encourage you to read Amanda’s blog about Gods miraculous healing in her life as well! Please do it! This is much better than just my knee being healed. God saved her life and it was such a testimony to all of us.

I am going to bring this to an end but I want to ask that you keep us all in your prayers.  We are becoming a big threat to Satan and he is not happy.  There is allot going on to try and bring us down but we won´t have it.  Your prayers will help tremendously! I love you all!
