Month one has already rocked my world. What I’ve learned in one month while working with various ministries in Cartegena will be engrained in me for a lifetime. I’ve crossed paths of stories that have often left me in tears and put a fire to my faith. There is so much to share. What I can’t say through words I hope this video and pictures will. Thank you to those who have supported me financially to allow me to encounter these life changing experiences. I am currently $2,200 away from meeting my next fundraising deadline of $13,000 that is due this month! I am confident and filled with faith that there would be more that would partner with me and join this journey that is filled with experiences that challenge me, grow me, convict me, and birth dreams and gifts that have been dormant in my life. This journey is filled with daily encounters of learning what it means to have a servant heart.

 1. Gathering the kids together in Palenque.

2. Helping a student who is learning English

3. Helping prepare dinner for 120+ people. I can make you a mean omelette.

 4. Different Colombian meals. The fish changed my life lol.

6. Water supply. The water we used to take showers and flush the toilet. A week worth of water supply.

8. The bathroom.

9. The kids in the streets of Palenque.

11. Raul: He preserves Palenque language. His story: He was bullied growing up and decided to be involved with witchcraft in his adult years. A woman came to Palenque for Christmas and gave him a new shirt and said, “If the Christians act like that, I want to serve their God.” People will know that you are my disciples by the love that you show!

12. Water sports with the boys from La Tierra Bomba.

13. This guy is #3 in Colombia for paddle boarding.

15. Sweet Heat!
