WOW!!!
That’s the best way for me to explain the experience I had during training camp. It was full of excitement and the Holy Spirit!
MAN HIKE!!! My favorite part was the Man Hike. All of the guys in the training camp went on a 2 day 18 mile hike through the Appalachian trails to become better connected to our fellow brothers.
These are my brothers that I am going to be traveling through Asia with. I am so thankful for these great Men of God, and I’m so excited to get to know these guys on a deeper level.
Another highlight of training was WORSHIP!!! I absolutely love to worship, and I was very impressed with the way the worship band performed! It was obvious that the Holy Spirit was moving through each member as well as all of us that were worshiping! Every night we had a worship session, there were multiple racers that the Holy Spirit touched! There were tears shed, chains broken and lives completely changed!
V Squad is actually the smallest one at 28 people. We have 18 girls and 10 guys. The other 4 squads are larger with 50+ people. You might think that is a disadvantage to our squad, but it actually worked in our favor. We were able to connect as a whole squad much quicker than the others. While the others were still attempting to figure out each squad members name, we were already discussing deeper personal topics with each other. I am so thankful and excited to be in V Squad! God has huge things planned for our Squad!
