A quick photo blog of the past few days of my life! It has been quite the adventure.

we walked a lot.

monies to an empty god.

I don’t know what led this woman to circle the roof of the temple multiple times and to kneel and pray every few steps. I wish they weren’t prayers to an empty god, but to the God of the universe, who knows her hurts and knows her name, who loves her with unending love.

Race day and our temple tours were definitely an eye-opening experience to the culture and religion of Thailand. 95% of people here are Buddhist. Please be praying for this country as we leave today for Ratchaburi! (PS Check out my teammates’ blogs if I happen to be slack in updating you! I’ll do my best!)

Nothing about us was perfect or clear
But when paradise calls me
I’d rather be here
