I have been at training camp for the world race the last ten days, and this is part of my response.
Dear F Squad,
Thank you. Thank you for being present during training camp and for allowing yourselves to go places you have never been before. You all challenged me to dig deeper, and you inspire me.
Over the past ten days we lived together, laughed together, sweated together (a lot), learned together, and grew together. We became family. I love you guys, and I am extremely stoked for life with all of you.

(The edge is our team name.)
I am honored and humbled to be on a team with you guys. Yes, we will see challenges, but I promise to be there for you, and to stand by you. I commit to you. Being with you guys and thinking about you guys makes me want to push farther than what my flesh says is my limit. You make me want to get closer to God. You guys are the best, I love you, and I am excited to live life and to be a part of your community.
Dear Everyone Else,
Thank you so much for your support! I cannot express how much I appreciate all your prayer and financial support. I am humbled to be a part of something that makes me realize that I cant do things on my own. God comes through in unexpected ways, and I have seen you as vessels to show his glory and to further the kingdom.
Training camp has given me a glimpse into the next nine months and I now feel somewhat prepared. I am prepared to be sensitive to the Holy Spirit and to move where the Spirit moves. I have an idea of what things will be like, but I am also aware that God will surpass my expectations.
