Seriously!? This is where we are. Me, Brian and Stacy Alonzo leading and loving on 42 fantastic new World Racers. Wow.

Through the exhaustion of Launch training the passed few days I remembered how much I adore this country. The last time I was here was in 2002. It was my first missions experience with AIM. And now I’m back. And the Lord is probably smiling down on me. Oh, such a crazy journey.

I’ve gotten over the shock factor of entering new countries and cultures. It excites me now to see Kingdom across the nations and in the hearts of so many. My eyes are OPEN and my face hurts from grinning. I love this. Eventually I may get the right words to describe where exactly I am but for now I’ll let one of the K-squad chick’s blog tell you what some of us have been up to:

We recently found out our ministry assignment for Ireland! My team, Benkadi, will be serving at the Dublin Christian Mission, the second oldest mission in the world. We’ll be working specifically with their ministry to the homeless, the Light House.

We have been staying at a campground in Clondalkin and had some training and now we are moving over to the Mission in the heart of Dublin. My whole team is excited and ready to rock!

After arriving at the Dublin airport, waiting for the other squad’s arrival.
Please pray for the people of the city we encounter and serve. I will give you an update soon. Love from Dub-town.
