Yes, we have 3 weeks left of this amazing, life-changing experience. Yes, our thoughts and prayers are turning towards preparation for a new life apart from country-hopping and 27-person travel days. But our hearts and eyes are very much still here. Miracles to witness, lives to impact, words to say, and Kingdom to come. Confession: we are weak! We are only human after all and ten intense months are wearing on us.

But He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in our weakness.” Therefor I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
2 Corinthians 12:9-10

Please pray!

Heather has been painfully sick the past few days. Not able to hold anything down she’s had to sit in bed all day while we’ve been out.

Sarah Lapp had to return home again if you hadn’t heard. Please pray for miracles in her mother’s battle with cancer.

Mark has been in Canada the past couple of weeks helping his family and sister. His younger sister is recovering well from a car accident a few months ago. He finally gets to come back to us on the 10th!

My back feels like it did before I had my surgery in February 2007. That wasn’t supposed to ever happen again and it has gotten me a little agitated. I hate the pain and the limitations it has made me take.

Kari is towards the end of a 40-day fast. She’s pressing more and more into the Father’s heart and direction.

A few of us have had pains, weariness, exhaustion, or sicknesses. Pray for refreshment and healing!

We still want to see miracles! We want to do small things with BIG love! We want to hear God’s voice! We want to be the soldiers on the front-line! We not only want to finish the Race but we would like to keep running!

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider Him who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.
Hebrews 12:1-3

PS – We love you!!
