Hey Hey Hey!
Hello from Thailand!
I am a bit behind on my updates but, I wanted to introduce you to my NEW TEAM. Yes, at the end of November, our squad had our Month 4 Debrief, during which, our squad went through some pretty crazy changes.
First Change: Team Shalom and I had to say goodbye to one another as we are on different teams now. You can still follow their journeys by reading their blogs I linked below:

I am now on a team with beautiful women listed on the panel on your LEFT! You can call us Team Unshaken Foundation AKA TUF AKA Tribe. These women are some amazing souls and I am excited to do life with them. Watch the video below for a short introduction to our team! We did a scavenger hunt during our Month 4 Debrief and this video is a product of that activity.
Second Change: Three of our peers (Cara, HB, and Matt AKA Bold, Fearless Giants) were raised up as squad leaders to lead the squad for the duration of our time on the field during the same debrief and have been trained over the past month. They are AWESOME! Our now alumni squad leaders just went home after our Leadership Development Weekend this last week.
That is all for now.
I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and New Year! We spent Christmas with our host family and their church in Cambodia and New Year’s Eve on a sleeper train to Chiang Mai by cheersing coke bottles, eating chocolate and watching impromptu fireworks out the window. The team and I, along with one of our new squad leaders, Cara, arrived about a week ago to Chiang Rai, Thailand for Month 6 of our World Race.
Please pray for unity among our team as we continue to get to know one another. Please also be praying for Thailand as a whole as the sex trafficking industry is running rampant here at over a billion dollars made every year. 80% of Thai men and 60% of people coming into Thailand participate in the industry. As a country, they have just been moved to the lowest rank indicating their lack of effort in combating this issue.
Please also pray as we will be putting on a Beauty for Ashes Event for the women in the area who work for local NGO’s. Pray that they will rediscover the joy of why Jesus brought them here in the first place and will feel encouraged by the night.
