Got laid off –
So a few days ago I was laid off of my job. During the conversation with my boss I was at total peace. There has been a lot on my plate and I’ve been feeling pretty stressed. Boss was saying that it was probably a blessing in disguise, but even in the conversation I felt a weight being lifted off my chest. This came at a great time and I have peace.
Saratoga Federated Church Internship –
God provided an internship this summer though with another church and
our first official meeting was two days after I was laid off. He’s so
good. This internship is ultimately to awaken this generation to new life through the forgiveness, love, and truth of Jesus Christ. My home church Westgate Community is partnering with Saratoga Federated Church to make this vision a reality. Practically it looks like going through a small group study this summer called “Love, Sex, and Lasting Relationships” by Chip Ingram. We had our first meeting a couple days ago and God is already doing some great things.

Training Camp #1 –
I have my first training camp for World Race July 24th-Aug. 1st and will be preparing to get everything I need. It will be held in the great state of Georgia. We are supposed to pack for essentially all four seasons since Georgia is crazy on the weather. Any Suggestions for special outerwear that’s cheep?
