So I’m wrestling with the Lord on the word I kept hearing about serving our host.

I took what I heard, talked to leadership about it and stayed for 3 days to help serve during the parent vision trip.

HOLY SPIRIT CAME, (like he always does) but wow blew my expectations out of the water!

I don’t even know really where to began of everything that took place because honestly it was so incredible and probably one of the best weeks on my race so far.

Go Jesus!

I forgot how much you get filled up with joy after serving others. Through out the whole week, I got to take pictures, video testimonies and cook meals for the parents and my squad mates.

I learned so much about my squad mates, and for one of the first times on the race for me, I felt apart of this family that the Lord has blessed me with. I’ve realized so many things in the past 3 days that I know I will take beyond the race.

Parents who were saved, not saved, close to their kids, not close to their kids, poured out SO SO SO MUCH LOVE to the Romanian community and chose to dive into our life as a world racer.

The word chose.

That’s the word for the parents. Chosen. God chose those parents to be there this past week and to see Gods hand move in every way possible that we saw is truly unforgettable.

My favorite night was my squad mates chose to bless their parents by sharing words the Lord gave them specific to their parents. Then the parents (on the same night) surprised my squad mates by washing their feet! They even blessed walker and I and washed our feet.

This week we as a squad stood in the gap for one another.
We know these past 9 months have radically changed us and that can be scary to share that with the people who love us the most.

To M squad friends and family, we return home shortly, 60 days roughly. We are nervous, anxious, excited and all the feels. We are leaving a community of brothers and sisters that have been through it all together. We are leaving pieces of our hearts in many places across the world.
We are coming home changed. We aren’t the same sons and daughters you sent off last October. We are changed through our Heavenly Father.

Who we have become is authentic.

Thank you for loving us.

Thank you PVT WEEK for being some of the best days!
