Just one of the many wonderful names of God. My God is The Lord Who Provides! Between His provision for my trip thus far and personal gifts, I have been blessed almost to the point of brokenness, and that is a good place to be.
He has provided the funding I need to be able to leave in September and I’m well on the way to the next goal (11,000 by Dec).
Sunday He gave me a new phone, which was needed, through a lady at church. She just gave me an iphone!
I met another friend yesterday who told me that she had several things on my list to give me (two of which are actually from her young daughters).
He has given me family and friends and two churches that are praying for me.
He has allowed me to fall in love with my squad even before we meet and strengthened us through praying for each other.
This is a post have been wanting/needing to write. I need to get my mind off my own struggles and be reminded of how good the God I love and follow is. Though I hadn’t forgotten these blessings my joy and peace was shaken when I took my eyes off Jesus. I was, like Peter, beginning to sink under the waves of feelings and questions.
