1. One of your first thoughts in the morning is “World Race this…” or “World Race that…”
  2. Your family rolls their eyes when you relate everything to the World Race
  3. You relate everything to the WR
  4. Most of your Christmas wish list is gear and items needed for the WR (it’s true- check it out )
  5. You spend most of breakfast studying the globe
  6. Anytime online is spent reading previous or current Racers’ blogs
  7. You’re constantly thinking of fundraising ideas
  8. Random waves of shock at least once a week if not every day
  9. You get excited when you meet people from the countries on your route and start hitting them up for all the details possible (true story- made a new friend from Peru and met a missionary from Ecuador)
  10. You start looking through your church directory to see if you have missionaries in the countries on your route
  11. Your brother’s new school assignment is to write a one page report about each country on your route (even as I write he is researching Cambodia )

Bonus: You are amazed every day that God would open such an amazing door!
