So…I can’t believe our time here in
New Zealand is almost over.
Time is a weird thing. We have only
been here in Manukau working with Mr. B and his family for about 2 ½
weeks and in NZ for about 3 weeks. Somehow it seems longer and like
it flew by all at the same time.
I have loved the time we have spent
here with the Bracefields and not only because of their hospitality
and love for the Lord and all those around them especially here in
the community. Or because of the great benefits of staying with a
family who works for a tourist company and owns land on a private
island in the pacific, I mean that doesn’t hurt 🙂
Really it’s because of the people we
have met here and the way they have touched my life. We have been
doing a holiday program here for the kids before they go back to
school and we have had the privilege of hanging out with them almost
everyday. They really are quite amazing kids and we as a team have
been extremely blessed by them!
Leaving is going to be extremely tough
and I am going to miss all our dance parties and slumber parties and
dessert after every meal 🙂
