For the past few weeks I have found myself rather overwhelmed, I however will not cry out or ask for help. Fundraising isn’t the easiest thing in the world. I know what your thinking, “how do you sign up for a mission trip costing $16,254 and think its going to be easy?” That is not at all what I thought, but I find myself trying to do it all on my own. I do not ask many, if anyone for help. I know not everyone can help, but I’m not really giving everyone a chance.
So what’s the point of this blog post:
I Need Your Help!
I have a number of things I need to do that would help me reach my fundraising goal of $16,254 by next July. If you would be willing to assist any of the please contact me ASAP. If you have any ideas contact me. Seriously any help offered will be used and appreciated. Here are just a few things I could use help doing:
- Fundraising ideas
- Creating a flyer to pass out to potential donors
- funding special fundraising projects that I already have in the works
- Items to Auction in an online auction
- Items to sell in a garage sale.
- Forwarding emails about the mission trip to friends and families
- Sharing posts on facebook
- and so much more
The bible says in Matthew 7:7-8 “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. 8“For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.” I have asked and praying to God for help, and just maybe you’ll be one of the people He will use to help me.
I have approximately 31 days to raise $1300 before my first deadline. I am praying that with your help I will make over that.Thank you to those who have already helped so much. Its truly appreciated. Love you All.
