Okay so I have some exciting news everyone! I now know when I will be leaving and who my team is!
I will be leaving on July 5th early in the morning from FL to head down to the DR before bussing over to Haiti. My schedule the next few weeks is pretty intense! I am heading to ATLANTA this weekend before coming back home to hopefully head up to Nashville to say goodbye to my grandparents…. I will then have a family reuinion, and then head up to Ohio for my parent’s company’s internation convention. That’s the last weekend of June… And then I plan on coming back before heading to Memphis for my birthday party on the 2nd and then I head down to FL on the 3rd!!!!!
Anyway, let me introduce you to my team. Let me explain what my team is as well since I know some of you might be confused with the difference of my team and my squad.
My squad is the P-Squad. That’s everyone who is going on the world race in July of 2010! There are 75 of us! But living with that many people could get a little crazy right? So what the world race does is they split you into groups of 7 or 8 after going thru personality test and a ton of team building exercises at training camp. These are the people I will be living with, crying with, and sharing the daily struggles with on the field. I would like for you to get to know them as well because you’re not only supporting me now… You’re supporting them.
