Our first night here at Sending Hope Internantional was filled with singing, hugs, and love.
Sending Hope International is the Girls Home that we are working at this month.
When we arrived, we were met outside by 40 of the most precious girls, and 3 of the staff members. We were greeted with 40 beautiful smiles, smiles that could brighten up any dark day.
Each morning, we walk the kids to school, and each afternnon we walk the kids back to the house. We eat meals together, and have worship every single night with them. It has been such a blessing. These kids put a smile on my face every single moment that we are with them. We get to teach them english and play games with them. We get to hug and kiss each one goodnight before bed. These kids continually show me what the deffinition of love and joy are.
Imagine having 40 girls run to you with open arms telling you that you are beautiful and loved. Im sure that it would put a smile on your face as well.. It doesnt just put a smile on my face, but it brings me joy. I feel so blessed to be able to be here. They are continually teaching me what it means to be like Jesus. They are so selfless. For example, they will fight you over throwing your trash away because they want to do it. They will ask you for your dish to wash before your halfway to the sink. They share everything. They love everyone. They love, like Jesus.
