Cupcakes. For my apprentice ship I am working at one of the best cupcake shops in the country, The Atlanta Cupcake Factory. These are seriously some of the best cupcakes that I have eaten. The sugar cookie cupcake with brown butter rosemary was named best cupcake in the country by the Today Show (http://bites.today.com/_news/2012/11/12/15113572-9-best-cupcake-shops-in-the-country-and-what-to-order).
All these cupcakes remind me of last year when I was in Cambodia at Bloom cafe (read about my experience at bloom herehttp://brittanyholmes.theworldrace.org/mobile/?filename=Women-and-Cupcakes). It’s a clear reminder of what my dream is and how much I love baking.
