Hello all! Romania is amazing. Just want to let you know what I’ve been up to. So far I’ve milked a cow, picked potatoes, and eaten a lot of strange food (sardines for breakfast, milk soup for dinner, and other random things). I know it’s going to be super hard for me to continue in being a vegetarian but I’m still trying. When we go into town Monday I’m going to look into some sort of protein supplement or something. Anyway on a daily basis some of the girls from the other team and I hike up the mountain in the morning we pick apples and prunas and sit and read. Then later on in the morning we gather our two teams triumph and fuel to pray over the city, over our leaders, other world racers, and that the church here will be built up. Later on in the day we play soccer with all the kids. It’s crazy that they just do whatever all day long while their parents are working or wherever. We just hang with them. The other day we picked up trash in the field that we play in so hopefully that had some sort of lasting effect. This weekend is the revival for the church here we are bringing in the other teams of world racers (there are somewhere around 200 wr’s in Romania currently the j and k squads and then the jan 09 h squad is also here) I guess there is a band coming from another city along with some speakers. Its going to be pretty awesome. Austin is preaching so keep
him in your prayers.
Man today I’ve been gone a month. I’m not sure how that feels. Odd because I’m already halfway finished with my 2nd country. Good because I feel like god is doing what he wants with our group and the people we are working with. On the 17th we are getting together with some of the other world racers to do worship im pretty excited about that. No other worship compares to a big group of racers and then after that the 21st we are leaving Arcalia to go to the awakening which is a conference for present and past world racers I think its going to be pretty epic. Plus its just nice to see all of our friends and people who have already been through it all.
Well that’s about all I have for now J
Love,
Bee
